PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT</b></div><br>

Coordinate all sales, operations, public relations and control activities within the location in a profitable manner. Train, organize and direct employees in a fashion, which will generate and increase profitable sales and adequate levels of service. Cooperate with other supervisory personnel to ensure overall company growth.</div><br>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Generate new sales and maintain current business.</li>
<li>Maintain a current competitive analysis and report all potential competitor status changes to the Manager.<b>
</b></li><li>Develop marketing activities that include account acquisition in conjunction with sales people.</li>
<li>Develop and communicate all marketing plans and conduct all training necessary to implement those plans for your location, support company goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Provide value added agronomic products, services, and recommendations to patrons and prospects.</li>
<li>Monitor and control location expenses.</li>
<li>Maintain price structure for the location.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory levels within guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain a current inventory in salable conditions.</li>
<li>Control inventory shrinkage.</li>
<li>Monitor compliance of all safety activities and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicle according to company standards.</li>
<li>Wear required company uniform and maintain a clean professional appearance.</li>
<li>Attend all required meetings and training programs.</li>
<li>Perform public relations functions by maintaining contacts with Farm Bureau, FFA chapters, 4-H programs, ag related businesses and organizations.</li>
<li>Ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.</li></ul><br>

REQUIREMENTS</div>

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years of related work experience.</div><div></div><div><br>
