Description: </b>Administrative Assistant to Transportation, 8 hours/day, 260 days/year, working 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (tentative hours) with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.<br>

<b>Salary Range: </b>Range II, beginning of range is $16.51 per hour, hourly wage will be determined based on experience. This is a full-time position that works 260 days per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as the PA School Employee Retirement System is offered. Paid sick, personal, vacation, holiday, and bereavement days are available each year.</div><div><b>
Job Summary:</b> Assist the Director of Transportation to assure the smooth, efficient daily operation of the transportation office by providing clerical services, and maintaining good public relations with parents, students, staff and the general public.</div><div><b>
Qualifications: </b>The Administrative Assistant to Transportation shall:</div><div>
 1. Have one to two (1-2) years as an administrative assistant/secretary and have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.<br>
 2. Must possess communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and general office/secretarial skills and have the ability to multi-task.<br>
 3. Proficient knowledge with various software to include: Transportation Software, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel and Access.<br>
<br>

If applicant has a completed PA child abuse history clearance, PA criminal record check and the Federal criminal history record these should be uploaded. If these clearances are not done, applicants will need to supply these if offered employment.<br>
