With locations across India and Dubai, TOVO has redefined modern dining with its unique concept of Infused Chicken, making us a rising star in the industry.Role Overview:The Assistant Manager Learning &amp; Development will design, implement, and oversee training programs across TOVO outlets to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and employee development. This role will play a key part in building a strong learning culture that supports employee growth, enhances guest experience, and drives TOVO&rsquo;s business goals.Key Responsibilities:Training Strategy &amp; Development<ul><li>Design and implement training frameworks aligned with TOVO&rsquo;s brand values, service standards, and operational requirements.</li><li>Develop SOP-based training modules for front-of-house, back-of-house, and support functions.</li><li>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with Operations and HR teams.</li><li>Create structured induction and onboarding programs for all new hires.</li></ul>Program Delivery &amp; Execution<ul><li>Deliver engaging classroom, on-the-job, and digital training sessions for employees at all levels.</li><li>Ensure consistent rollout of training programs across outlets.</li><li>Certify trainers and develop a pool of internal trainers for scalability.</li><li>Drive skill enhancement workshops, including customer service, food safety, hygiene, and leadership programs.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Impact Measurement<ul><li>Track and measure training effectiveness using post-training assessments, audits, and performance metrics.</li><li>Partner with outlet managers to evaluate improvements in productivity, guest satisfaction, and compliance.</li><li>Maintain training MIS and regularly report progress to senior management.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Development<ul><li>Support career development initiatives, including internal promotion readiness programs.</li><li>Coach and mentor employees to develop leadership capabilities at outlet level.</li><li>Build a culture of continuous learning and self-development.</li></ul>Key Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, HR, Business, or related field.&middot; 5+ years of training experience in hospitality/QSR/retail industry.&middot; Strong knowledge of L&amp;D frameworks, instructional design, and adult learning principles.&middot; Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to design digital learning content (videos, e-modules, microlearning).&middot; Strong organizational and project management skills.&middot; Willingness to travel to outlets across regions.What We Offer:&middot; Competitive salary.&middot; Dynamic work environment with a talented and passionate team.&middot; Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding global restaurant chain.Join us in revolutionizing the way the world experiences fast dining!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;360,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
