ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Home Health Aides work under the supervisor of the care coordinator and performs various personal care and support services as necessary to meet the resident&rsquo;s needs. The Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations and documenting the services provided and the assignments will promote quality, continuity and safety of services.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Private Duty HHA:
<ul><li>Personal care assistance such as showers, dressing, grooming
</li><li>Shopping and errands
</li><li>Companionship
</li><li>Medication reminders
</li><li>Light housekeeping such as laundry
</li><li>Assistance with going to medical appointments
</li></ul>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
<ul><li>Current HHA certificate or CNA license
</li><li>Current CPR certification.
</li><li>Previous HHA experience great but not required.
</li><li>Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
</li><li>Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
</li><li>Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.

PRN/Per-Diem Evening and weekend availability is required.
Salary: $16.00 per hour
