As a Banquet Set-Up Associate at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces. In this fast-paced environment, your eye for detail, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences. Experience is not required&mdash;just a passion for service and teamwork.
Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders</li><li>Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events</li><li>Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation</li><li>Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning</li><li>Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement</li><li>Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills</li><li>Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs</li></ul>
