<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically, with demonstrable creative writing and social media content skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the craft of developing content that not only engages and motivates our customers as they navigate through their healthcare digital journey, but also inspires and draws them to our Methodist Healthcare brand. In other words, you are the editor and creator who is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading and formulating content strategies to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. Content is defined and covers multimedia channels such as blog posts, social media, search, images and videos that aid in fostering engagement online.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Other Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Education:
a. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field
2. Experience:
a. 2+ years minimum experience with content writing and development, or similar role in an agency
b. Experience with using Adobe creative products and Canva 90% of the time.
c. Knowledgeable with Social platforms, SEO strategies, CMS and HTML
d. Experience with online reputation management
Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
Essential Job Functions:
1. Create, proofread and publish engaging content, as well as responsible for the style and voice of all content &ndash; digital and traditional
2. Analyze and optimize content performance across all digital platforms
3. Optimize content according to SEO
4. Manage the posting, reviews and the overall reputation management process across our social media channels
5. Understanding of legal, regulatory environment and experience within a highly controlled environment
6. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
7. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
8. Build a following on social media through rich content
9. Determines which stories make it into the publication line-up, aligning with short-term and long-term marketing targets
10. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
General Statement of Duties:
 This position is responsible for supporting technologists and/or physicians in patient care. In this role the
PCA will be involved in venipunctures, gathering patient history and scheduling exams in the radiology
information system. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring workflow to ensure a smooth and
timely start and completion of patient procedures. Establishes and maintains excellent working
relationships with personnel, physicians and external customers (i.e., patients, referring physicians and
respective staff).
 Essential Job Functions:
1.Prepare patient for examination; ensure history questionnaire is properly completed and assist
patient with questions they may have.
2.Start IV access with venipuncture when exam requires intravenous access.
3.Stock all linens and supplies in appropriate places.
4.Assist with scheduling exams.
5.Check request form for diagnosis and other exams that may be requested but not scheduled.
6.Assist with image uploads from outside media to radiology information system.
7.Reviewing patient schedules for the following work day.
8.Assist in monitoring patient flow within the facility and keeping leadership informed on wait
times or patient issues.
