Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Duct Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service visits to install sealant in customers' homes. This is a service position focused on executing presold work with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering 5-star service.
Aeroseal is a patented technology designed to seal leaks in air ducts from the inside. This innovative process involves injecting a sealant into the ductwork, which travels through the ducts and adheres to the edges of any leaks, effectively sealing them.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM start time.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform Aeroseal services in residential homes by getting into crawl space, attics, etc.</li><li>
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the Aeroseal process and address any questions or concerns.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.</li><li>
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.</li><li>
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.</li><li>
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle and machinery.</li></ul></div>
