We prioritize paid positions, ensuring every team member is valued for their contribution and commitment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise project execution</li><li>Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and framing components safely and efficiently</li><li>Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, framing structures, or performing concrete forming as needed</li><li>Support skilled roofers with tasks like caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in construction, roofing, or related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights safely</li><li>Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions is a plus</li><li>Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail</li><li>Basic handyman skills such as plumbing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), welding or tile laying are advantageous</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills in areas like metal stud framing, restoration work or masonry</li></ul>Join us to build a rewarding career in roofing!
