Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. It is M, T, W, Th 4:30- 8:30 PM and Saturday 8-430. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.</li><li>Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.</li><li>Provide clerical support including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.</li><li>Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.</li><li>Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Proficient in office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.</li></ul>Join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant where your contributions will be valued, and your skills will help shape our customer interactions!Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $21.94 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
