We are searching for a talented Laboratory Assistant - Phlebotomist 
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift, rotating shifts between 7:30am - 4:30pm with every 4th Saturday
Location: Linden Tree - Middletown, RI

Responsibilities: Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Laboratory Site or designee, obtain correct specimens and volumes according to current procedures. Insure that all specimens are appropriately and accurately labeled. Process and deliver specimens to correct laboratory departments. Enter all specimen and patient information in LIS or department logs. Generate accurate reports in a timely fashion and distribute appropriately. Perform phlebotomy on inpatient, outreach clients, home draws, nursing homes, and outreach locations. Maintain equipment and instrumentation. Qualifications:
<ul><li>Equivalent to successful completion of a college-based, nationally accredited, phlebotomy program or a Medical Laboratory Assistant program.</li><li>
Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC or equivalent) is required within two years from date of hire.</li><li>
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired</li></ul> 
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range: USD $21.94 - USD $28.82 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement : Every 4th Saturday</div>

Shift: Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: St. Luke's Hopsital - New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities: Position Reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designee. Perform variety of clerical duties including but not limited to: conduct patient interviews, provide clerical support, patient registration, data/order entry, and transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications:
<ul><li>Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.</li><li>
Completion and passing of the Medical Terminology course is required.</li><li>
Computer skills including knowledge of the Meditech computer system and related secretarial experience are preferred.</li><li>
A minimum of one year related work experience is required.</li><li>
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired</li></ul> 
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range: USD $17.68 - USD $25.46 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement : every other weekend and holiday</div>

Shift: Day/Evening shift with minor holiday rotation; 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Team Leader, Courier Services or Designee, perform a variety of duties both within and in support of the organizations Courier Service involving prompt and dependable transportation for deliveries, pickups, errands, etc. within the Southcoast Hospitals Group area. Pick-up and deliver supplies and specimens as needed. Must obey rules of the road whiling drive.
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Equal to completion of four years of high school.</li><li>
Duties require the use of cell phones, pagers and related equipment in carrying out own position responsibilities.</li><li>
Require a valid Vehicle Operators License and safe driving record in order to perform Courier Service duties.</li><li>
Require obeying the rules of the road including driving with caution and courtesy in the operation of hospital vehicles.</li><li>
Require use of Southcoast or on occasion own personal vehicle in carrying out own position responsibilities.</li><li>
Minimum of three months experience.</li><li>
Duties require good customer service skills.</li><li>
Valid Vehicle Operators License required.</li><li>
