We are searching for a talented Public Safety Mont-Front Desk 
Hours: 24hrs
Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 6:45am - 3:15pm
Location: St. Luke&rsquo;s Hospital &ndash; New Bedford, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities: This position operates as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests of Southcoast Health, ensuring that all who enter are authorized or have legitimate business on the property. The Public Safety Concierge will employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome all visitors, provide directions, and request assistance for visitors needing special assistance. Can think independently and use problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision. Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>
Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus.</li><li>
Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire.</li><li>
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.</li><li> 
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.</li></ul>
Pay Range: USD $19.50 - USD $27.50 /Hr.</div>

Responsibilities: Position Reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designee. Perform variety of clerical duties including but not limited to: conduct patient interviews, provide clerical support, patient registration, data/order entry, and transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications:
<ul><li>Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.</li><li>
Completion and passing of the Medical Terminology course is required.</li><li>
Computer skills including knowledge of the Meditech computer system and related secretarial experience are preferred.</li><li>
A minimum of one year related work experience is required.</li><li>
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired</li></ul> 
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Shift: Day/Evening shift with minor holiday rotation; 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Team Leader, Courier Services or Designee, perform a variety of duties both within and in support of the organizations Courier Service involving prompt and dependable transportation for deliveries, pickups, errands, etc. within the Southcoast Hospitals Group area. Pick-up and deliver supplies and specimens as needed. Must obey rules of the road whiling drive.
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Equal to completion of four years of high school.</li><li>
Duties require the use of cell phones, pagers and related equipment in carrying out own position responsibilities.</li><li>
Require a valid Vehicle Operators License and safe driving record in order to perform Courier Service duties.</li><li>
Require obeying the rules of the road including driving with caution and courtesy in the operation of hospital vehicles.</li><li>
Require use of Southcoast or on occasion own personal vehicle in carrying out own position responsibilities.</li><li>
Minimum of three months experience.</li><li>
Duties require good customer service skills.</li><li>
Valid Vehicle Operators License required.</li><li>
