Job Scope/Overview:</b></div><div>
We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers<b> </b>to join our team in the City of Orlando. This position involves the day-to-day security screening and patrolling of parking garage properties, ensuring the safety and security of all patrons and staff.</div><div>

Job Description:</b></div><ul><li>
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour.</li><li>
After 30-Days: FT Employees Eligible for Health Benefits (medical, dental and vision)</li></ul><div>
</div><div><b>
Essential Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Actively observe and patrol parking facilities to detect and deter the transport of prohibited or hazardous items.</li><li>
Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while providing exceptional service to all visitors, employees, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Conduct thorough physical inspections of vehicles, packages, and personal property as necessary; verify identification in accordance with security protocols.</li><li>
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the entire building and surrounding premises; complete security checkpoints and log activities to ensure consistent coverage and visibility.</li><li>
Perform a range of security-related tasks to maintain the safety and security of the premises, including responding to incidents, reporting suspicious activity, and enforcing facility rules.</li></ul><div>

Job Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Legally eligible to work in the United States.</li><li><b>
Must possess a valid Florida Class-D Security License.</b></li><li>
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable security experience.</li><li>
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.</li><li>
Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.</li><li>
Must be able to pass a verifiable background check, including criminal employment, education, and personal references.</li><li>
Must possess valid state-issued Driver&rsquo;s License or a valid state-issued I.D. card.</li><li>
Must be able to pass pre-employment / annual / random drug screenings.</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation.</li><li>
Must be able to work and interact with the public.</li><li>
Must be able to work around the flexibility and changing schedules. This includes being available to work shifts throughout the day, afternoon, evening and overnight as required.</li></ul><div>

Physical Demands:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to stand for long periods of time with few breaks.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to twist, squat, and bend over without physical limitations.</li><li>
Ability to perform patrols including walking long distances and going up and down stairs.</li><li>
Ability to protect yourself or others in the event of a physical disturbance.</li><li>
Must be comfortable with conditions that range from Summer Heat to Winter Conditions</li><li>
Open availability without restraints due to other part time jobs, etc.</li></ul><br>
