Southeast Arkansas College seeks a creative, strategic, and highly organized Digital Content &amp; Communications Coordinator to lead the college's social media presence, digital storytelling, photography, videography, and content creation efforts. This position is responsible for developing engaging content that enhances the visibility of the college, strengthens community engagement, supports enrollment initiatives, and promotes student success. The Digital Content &amp; Communications Coordinator will serve as the primary content creator for the institution and will work closely with academic departments, student services, and administration, to produce compelling digital content that showcases the SEARK experience. This position requires a strong storyteller with expertise in social media management, photography, videography, video editing, athletics communications, and website content management. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and produce high-quality content with exceptional attention to detail.</div></div><div><div><b>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>
Social Media Management</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across all college platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.</div></li><li><div>
Create and maintain content calendars that support institutional priorities, enrollment goals, student engagement, and community outreach.</div></li><li><div>
Write, edit, schedule, and publish social media content that aligns with the college's brand and voice.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries as appropriate, and identify opportunities to increase audience growth and engagement.</div></li><li><div>

Content Creation &amp; Digital </b><b>Storytelling</b></div></h1><ul><li><div>
Capture and edit professional-quality photography and video content for use across digital, print, and social media channels.</div></li><li><div>
Produce short-form and long-form video content, including promotional videos, student success stories, event recaps, testimonials, and institutional campaigns.</div></li><li><div>
Create graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative platforms.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with institutional marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, advertising efforts, and special projects.</div></li><li><div>

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Sports Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of two years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and video editing.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.</li><li>
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>

Digital Content & Communications Coordinator

<div><p><b>Job Description:</b> The Recruitment and Student Success Coordinator provides strategic leadership for student recruitment, enrollment, academic advising, and retention initiatives at Southeast Arkansas College. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment and advising programs that support enrollment growth, student success, persistence, and completion. The Coordinator supervises recruitment and advising staff, cultivates partnerships with schools and community organizations, and collaborates across campus to ensure a seamless student experience from initial inquiry through graduation.</p><div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>
<b>Leadership and Management</b>&bull; Provide leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation for recruitment and advising staff.

</li><li>Monitor performance metrics related to enrollment, retention, persistence, and graduation.
</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations regarding recruitment and advising outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications</b><br>

</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the College service area.
</li></ul><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>Community college experience.
</li><li>Experience with enrollment management planning and retention initiatives.
</li><li>Knowledge of Arkansas higher education systems and transfer pathways.
</li><li>Experience utilizing CRM and student success technologies.
