As a Transporter, you will be responsible for the safe and appropriate transportation of patients, oxygen, meds, and specimens as needed. You will coordinates the cleaning and disinfecting of all transportation equipment with SPD based on the protocols designed by SPD. You will store and maintain an inventory of transportation equipment. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. <p><b>
You will be responsible for:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Transporting patients safely utilizing the proper transportation device according to age and/or physical condition. Transporting patients in a safe manner by making sure patients hands, feet and/or patient care equipment are properly secured. Connecting patients to portable oxygen supply for transport while making sure oxygen supply is sufficient for duration of transport. Monitoring oxygen tanks to assure adequate supply for patient transport.</li>
<li>Assisting with patient movement from the transport vehicle</li>
<li>Responding to transport requests in a timely manner. Communicating through the clinical information system.</li>
<li>Maintaining proper inventory and stock of oxygen tanks throughout designated departments</li>
<li>Demonstrating preventive maintenance requirements of transportation devices.</li>
<li>Obtaining and maintaining confidentiality of patient medical record during transport, providing patient privacy during transport, as appropriate. Maintains a courteous and cordial attitude with all patients and abstains from any inappropriate behavior or communication in the presence of patients and visitors.</li>
<li>Assisting with the pickup, delivery and distribution of materials, supplies, reports, specimens, stock, mail and paychecks throughout the entire Health System. Delivers/picks up vehicles for service and fuel for Health System vehicles as required.</li>
<li>Assisting with Valet services which include handling money, counting money, valeting and parking customer vehicles, and assist customers with various needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What you will need:</b></p>

<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid Georgia drivers license with no violations within a minimum of three years from date of hire or transfer.</li>
<li>American Heart CPR certification required.</li>

Transporter - Part Time- Brunswick Campus

As a PC Technician you will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair individual PC workstations and peripheral equipment. You will be responsible for software systems setup for new PC installations. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. You will be responsible for:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Performing Systems Administration for all platforms to include creating user accounts; setting file and folder permissions, and troubleshooting hardware and software applications.</li>
<li>Assisting in the design and selection of PC systems to best utilize the IT infrastructure without duplication of data or equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting technical problems regarding hardware and software in individual workstation applications or peripheral equipment.</li>
<li>Moving PC workstations and peripheral equipment including transport, setup, and dismantle of computer hardware systems, and installing and moving of telephone and data wiring.</li>
<li>Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems.</li>
<li>Supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security and systems groups.</li>
<li>Monitoring Hard Drive Capacities for Network systems and moving files as capacity dictates.</li>
<li>Maintaining records pertinent to the installation, inventory, maintenance and ongoing usage of the IT infrastructure.</li>
<li>Maintaining current knowledge of the IT infrastructure and how it relates to the users.</li>
<li>Identifying and isolating problems and suggesting suitable options for improvements.</li>
<li>Providing first level desktop support utilizing Helpdesk to initiate and complete trouble tickets.</li>
<li>Reporting changes of physical inventory of all computer equipment and software to Customer Service Team Leader.</li></ul></div><br>

PC Technician, Full-Time, Brunswick

<div><ul><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for Avaya Communication Manager 10.1/10.2 and related VoIP infrastructure, including Session Border Controllers (SBCs), voicemail, and call routing.</li>
<li>Serve as technical support for integration and operation of unified communications tools including: Oracle Cerner CareAware Connect, TigerConnect, Microsoft Teams (voice, chat, and meetings), iOS and Spectralink wireless handsets.</li>
<li>Coordinate MAC requests and troubleshoot system-wide telecom issues.</li>
<li>Train users on phone systems, voicemail trees, and UC features.</li>
<li>Maintain telecom asset inventory, documentation, backup schedules, and change management records.</li>
<li>Assist in telecom project implementations, including facility expansions and system upgrades.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to support communication workflows, on-call scheduling, and smart device provisioning.</li>
<li>Manage data circuits with carriers and maintain fiber/copper backbone documentation.</li>
<li>Support and test critical emergency systems including Code Blue, Overhead Paging, Emergency Notification, and power failure redundancy.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and national patient safety goals as they relate to communication technologies.</li>
<li>Assist with configuration, maintenance, and support of CareAware Connect and CareAware Administrator modules to ensure reliability and optimal performance in clinical communication workflows.</li>
<li>Support the administration and integration of Oracle Cerner iCommand systems to enhance centralized monitoring and remote support capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p>

Education:
</b></p><p>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in related area (or experience equivalent).</p>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related area (or experience equivalent) preferred.</p>

Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise telecommunications systems and unified communications.</p>

Licensure</b></p>

Avaya ACIS or ACSS Certification preferred</p>
