About the Role</b></h3><p>
As our <b>Parts Manager</b>, you'll be the driving force behind an efficient, customer-focused, and profitable parts department. You'll oversee inventory operations, lead a talented team of parts associates, and work directly with customers and vendors to ensure they get the right parts, at the right time, every time.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>
Lead &amp; Manage</b></p><ul><li><p>
Supervise and support parts associates, setting clear goals and expectations.</p></li><li><p>
Foster collaboration across departments and branches.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct training and ensure safety and compliance at all times.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Customer Service Excellence</b></p><ul><li><p>
Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts inquiries.</p></li><li><p>
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and build trusted relationships.</p></li><li><p>
Process orders accurately and efficiently to exceed customer expectations.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Inventory &amp; Purchasing</b></p><ul><li><p>
Manage inventory levels to achieve strong fill rates and minimize obsolete stock.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with vendors for accurate and timely part deliveries.</p></li><li><p>
Research and source alternative or hard-to-find parts when needed.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and documentation.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Data &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li><p>
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all transactions.</p></li><li><p>
Track sales, performance metrics, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Minimum <b>2 years of experience</b> in parts management or a similar role (construction equipment industry preferred).</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of equipment parts, inventory systems, and vendor relations.</p></li><li><p>
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office</b> and computerized inventory systems.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (tools provided for heavier loads).</p></li><li><p>
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain forklift certification.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
