Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and innovative Furniture Sales Associate/Interior Designer to transform spaces into inspiring, functional environments that reflect clients&rsquo; visions and needs. We are a 70-year-old, family-owned business serving clients on the East Coast with concentration in the Lowcountry. We provide contemporary, historic and resort installations. Please visit our website to acquaint yourself with our 30,000 sq. ft. showroom and 400+ home furnishings brands.Duties<ul><li>Meet, interview and determine client needs</li><li>In-home appointments</li><li>Scaled space planning</li><li>Selling furniture, lighting, accessories, rugs, window treatments, etc.</li><li>Managing project timelines and budgets</li><li>Monday-Saturday with one weekday off (Saturdays required)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in sales and interior design.</li><li>Ability to learn industry-specific sales software (STORIS)</li><li>Knowledge of project management practices including budgeting and scheduling.</li><li>Familiarity with renovation and remodeling procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients.</li></ul>Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
