</i></b></div></h2><ul><li><div><b>Database Management: </b>Support the management and optimization of enrollment databases and data collection processes to ensure accurate and timely data. Assist in implementing and testing new database systems or upgrades.</div></li><li><div><b>
Email Management:</b> Efficiently coordinate and respond to emails promptly, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div><b>
Document Processing:</b> Assist in the accurate and efficient processing of enrollment documents, ensuring that all data is correctly entered and maintained within the relevant databases.</div></li><li><div><b>
Collaboration:</b> Foster a team-oriented atmosphere that demonstrates respect and approachability.</div></li><li><div><b>
Build strong working relationships</b> interdepartmentally &amp; with colleagues to promote a positive and productive work environment.</div></li><li><div><b>
Team Management &amp; Support: </b>Provide staff with support and training on data entry and management best practices. Ensure accountability, productivity, accuracy, and a positive workplace culture within the data management team.</div></li><li><div><b>
Program and Procedure Adaptability:</b> Continuously learn and adapt to new programs and procedures as required, ensuring proficiency in all relevant tools and systems.</div></li><li><div><b>
Confidentiality Adherence:</b> Strictly adhere to all confidentiality regulations, ensuring that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and discretion.</div></li><li><div><b>
Office Equipment Operation: </b>Operate various office equipment, including computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners, etc., to support daily operations.</div></li><li><div><b>
Transfer Student Support: </b>Assist Enrollment Counselors with preliminary degree audits for transfer students, ensuring accurate assessment of transferable credits and alignment with program requirements.</div></li><li><div><b>
Data Analysis and Reporting: </b>Assist in preparing enrollment reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.</div></li><li><div><b>
