<ul><li>Must be Tagalog speaking</li><li>Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order confirmations, deliveries, and invoices.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.</li><li>Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports on procurement activity, cost analysis, and vendor performance.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure the correct materials are delivered on time.</li><li>Support in vendor onboarding and documentation processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Growth Opportunity:This role offers the opportunity to grow into senior procurement roles such as Purchase Officer, Procurement Executive, or Category Buyer, depending on performance and organizational needs.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
