What You Will Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse</li><li>
Assist with loading and unloading vans/trucks using warehouse inventory</li><li>
Track inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with full inventory counts</li><li>
Utilize equipment to move, load, and unload heavy materials</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory and parts records in the inventory system</li><li><b>
Order parts and equipment from approved vendors to support service, install, and maintenance teams</b></li><li><b>
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines</b></li><li><b>
Assist with warranty tracking, documentation, and processing of warranty returns or claims</b></li><li>
Pull, stage, and deliver parts to job sites as needed</li><li>
Communicate proactively with technicians and management regarding parts status and availability</li><li>
Participate in safety training and comply with all company safety policies and procedures</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Who You Are</b></h3><ul><li>
1&ndash;5 years of warehouse, logistics, or parts-related experience preferred</li><li>
Experience with <b>parts ordering, vendor coordination, or warranty processing</b> is a plus</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean motor vehicle record</li><li>
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment and materials</li><li>
Forklift certification preferred</li><li>
Experience using inventory management or purchasing systems preferred</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
