The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous sales experience in any industry is a PLUS! Having excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, and great communication skills is a great start as well. Now, add to that a professional appearance and you are what we are looking for! Candidates must be self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude and a willingness to continuously network to sell a minimum number of vehicles on an ongoing basis. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-added products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies</li><li>
Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed</li><li>
Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion</li><li>
Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and feature operations, warranty, and servicing requirements</li><li>
Maintains accurate sales documentation</li><li>
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions</li><li>
Attends all staff meetings, training exercises, and educational classes as required</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>
Verifiable sales performance (any industry)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to close sales</li><li>
Negotiation expertise</li><li>
Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smartphone, and Social Media skills</li><li>
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and staff</li><li>
Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis</li><li>
Neat, clean, and professional appearance</li><li>
Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision</li><li>
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul>
