You will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for meticulous bookkeeping, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage and record all financial transactions.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Prepare journal entries, process accounts payable and receivable, and handle payroll functions efficiently.</li><li>Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify the integrity of financial data.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of debits &amp; credits, double-entry bookkeeping entries, and general ledger activities.</li><li>Support governmental accounting requirements and tax-related documentation as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within corporate or non-profit organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of financial concepts including account reconciliation, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.</li><li>Experience with governmental accounting standards and tax procedures is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processing, technical accounting practices, and budgeting procedures.</li></ul>Pay: $24.17 - $29.11 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
