<div><p><b>APPLICATION ANALYST - Maximo</b></p>
<p><b>Location: 4 days onsite in Birmingham, Alabama or Atlanta, Georgia</b></p>
<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>
<p>The Application Analyst for SCM Applications will serve as a key member of the Supply Chain technology team with a primary focus on Inventory Management processes and technologies. The individual will be responsible for the support, design, configuration, and implementation of Maximo, EzMax Mobile, Priya, and Verusen to enhance SCM processes. The role requires an understanding of supply chain operations and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the different technologies.</p>
<p><b>Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</b></p>
<ul><li><div>Design and architecture of SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SCM strategies</div></li>
<li><div>
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into functional designs for Maximo applications</div></li>
<li><div>
Testing of new functionalities, including the creation of test plans, test scripts, and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT)</div></li>
<li><div>
Coordinate with Maximo Enablement team for clear hand offs of capabilities needing to be developed</div></li>
<li><div>
Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the Technology Organization, Supply Chain stakeholders (Gas, Nuclear, Generation, and Power Delivery), as well as the Enterprise Strategic Transformation Organization</div></li>
<li><div>
Understand and articulate the vision, goals, strategic initiatives and priorities of the Supply Chain Maximo Technology Organization and influence positive outcomes</div></li>
<li><div>
Coordinate and produce metrics for continuous improvement</div></li>
<li><div>
Participate in strategic teams including the Materials Inventory Management Governance Team, and the EzMax Mobile Governance Team</div></li>
<li><div>
Develop and maintain system documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and architecture diagram</div></li>
<li><div>
Stay current with the latest Maximo updates and industry trends, recommending upgrades or improvements when necessary</div></li>
<li><div>
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and SCM staff to ensure effective use of the Maximo system</div></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education:</b></p>
<ul><li>BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Experience</b> :</p>
<ul><li><div>Minimum of 3 years of experience with IBM Maximo, with a focus on Supply Chain Management Applications</div></li>
<li><div>
Proven track record of successful Maximo implementations and configurations</div></li>
<li><div>
Experience in Maximo MAS is highly desirable</div></li>
<li><div>
Proven track record of process documentation/flows</div></li>
<li><div>
Experience working with highly integrated software</div></li>
</ul>
