<div><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p>
<p>This position is responsible for creating various forms of visual communication media, through both technical expertise and creativity, to enhance the company&rsquo;s brand and engage employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, branding, video production, illustration, motion graphics and concepting, along with a working knowledge of web and email design. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, timely and aligned with strategic messaging. This role requires a strong ability to work both independently and with a team, and to manage projects efficiently.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li><div>Create, execute and edit concepts and layouts for multimedia and graphics projects for both internal and external audiences.</div></li>
<li><div>
Shoot and edit high-quality video for both internal and external audiences.</div></li>
<li><div>
Coordinate with brand, internal and external communications teams to generate engaging content that supports strategic communications and builds employee and customer favorability and engagement.</div></li>
<li><div>
Manage projects effectively, including timelines and budgets.</div></li>
<li><div>
Work both independently and collaboratively with a team and external vendors.</div></li>
<li><div>
Respond to changing trends in graphic design, web technologies and audiovisual communication.</div></li>
<li><div>
Support company events by assisting with preparation and creating event materials.</div></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li><div>Four-year college degree strongly preferred &ndash; specialization in communication, graphic design, business or related technical field desirable.</div></li>
<li><div>
Minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on digital media and video production is preferred.
</div></li><li><div>Strong portfolio and video reel highlighting expertise in graphic design, storytelling, branding, illustration, websites and motion graphics.</div></li>
<li><div>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.</div></li>
<li><div>
Flexible work schedule to respond to emergencies and storm duty.</div></li>
<li><div>
Familiarity with web languages and technologies, content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager and SharePoint.</div></li>
<li><div>
Ability to build productive professional relationships with diverse clients to achieve the company&rsquo;s communication and business goals.</div></li>
<li><div>
