Team Leader, Metering Services

<div><p>The Asset Projection Manager is accountable for the overall operation and budget for internal locating of natural gas facilities within the insourced territory at Atlanta Gas Light. The manager overseeing internal locating will currently have (42) direct reports - Locating Supervisors and (6023) indirect reports including all the internal locators.<br>
</p><p></p><p>This position is responsible for timely and accurate locating of buried natural gas facilities while minimizing locator at-fault damages. The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for the training and development of the internal locating team. This position is also accountable for damage prevention programs, right-of-way maintenance, submerged crossings, and aerial patrols.<br>

Asset Protection Manager

</b></p><p>The Mobile Switching Office-Evolved Packet Core (MSO-EPC), also known as the Southern Linc Network Operations Center (NOC), is the critical 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and resolution facility. The primary responsibilities of the position are to provide network monitoring, 1 st level troubleshooting, documentation, and problem resolution for the Southern Linc LTE/4G wireless network. Successful candidate will participate in, coordinate and assist with providing system upgrades, capacity increases, emergency system restoration deployments, storm preparation and response, performance optimization and support the operational efficiency efforts of Southern Linc Wireless. Candidate will provide assistance to support any future build-out work for the Southern Linc LTE/4G network to include centralized Core infrastructure and RAN components, AC/DC power, and other facility-related needs. Candidate will work as part of a team on rotating shifts. These shifts include some nights, weekends and holiday work as the Operations Center is a 24 x 7 operation.
</p><p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS
</b></p><ul><li>A.S Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Digital Telecommunications, Data Networking or 3 or more years of technology industry work experience.
</li><li>AC/DC power experience and knowledge highly desired. Working experience with enterprise-level power rectifiers, inverters and UPS preferred.
</li><li>Facilities knowledge of cabling techniques and standards, HVAC operation, fire suppression systems and security monitoring systems a plus.
</li><li>FCC, TCP/IP, Cyber Security and or other data networking certifications are desirable.
</li><li>Knowledge and experience with installing, maintaining and or troubleshooting legacy TDM transport networks and or data networks is preferred.
</li><li>Ericsson LTE Evolved Packet Core network experience with various tools, including ENM, Alarm Status Matrix, Alarm List Viewer, as well as Ericsson LTE RBS RAN experience with various tools, including, Element Manager, AMOS is preferred.
</li><li>Experience with traffic analysis tools, such as NetScout, to identify faults and failures in network and end-user experience is desired.

<p><b>The Building Services Technician &ndash; HVAC/Mechanical Specialist provides maintenance and technical support across multiple GPC facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.</b></p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, pumps, and other mechanical equipment across multiple GPC locations.</p>
<p>Diagnose and resolve HVAC and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain occupant comfort.</p>
<p>Maintain and repair automatic gates, door operators, and access systems for secure and safe facility operation.</p>
<p>Service and maintain ice machines, including cleaning, sanitizing, and troubleshooting refrigeration and mechanical problems.</p>
<p>Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including valves, fixtures, piping, and water heaters.</p>
<p>Perform minor electrical work, such as replacing ballasts, switches, motors, and troubleshooting circuits within scope of certification and safety guidelines.</p>
<p>Monitor, adjust, and optimize building automation systems (BAS/BMS) for performance and energy efficiency.</p>
<p>Support general building maintenance tasks, including lighting, pumps, motors, and control systems.</p>

<p>Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.</p>
