Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Entry/Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders, processing invoices, and maintaining seamless data flow across our systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and organizational skills drive success.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter customer orders into our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with high accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Generate and process invoices promptly to ensure timely billing cycles</li><li>Maintain and update databases related to orders, invoices, and customer information</li><li>Verify order details against purchase specifications, ensuring correctness before processing</li><li>Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies or issues</li><li>Organize and file documentation related to order processing and invoicing for easy retrieval</li><li>Collect and analyze data using pivot tables and Excel spreadsheets to support reporting needs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven clerical experience with strong office skills including filing, data collection, and organization</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and performing basic math calculations</li><li>Experience with data entry, typing, transcription, and computer skills necessary for efficient workflow</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems or databases used for order management is highly desirable</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic math skills for verifying quantities, prices, and totals accurately</li><li>Previous office or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability</li></ul>Join us in this vital role where your organizational prowess and technical skills will directly impact our operational success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $26.99 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
