We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team. This is a leadership opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on coaching others, delivering results, and building high-performing teams in a supportive and motivated culture.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team</li><li>Drive sales growth through motivation, accountability, and hands-on leadership</li><li>Develop and implement effective local and regional sales strategies</li><li>Partner with production and marketing teams to meet company goals</li><li>Meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs</li><li>Represent Southern Industries with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related industries</li><li>Proven success in in-home or business-to-consumer sales</li><li>Strong leadership and team management background</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset</li><li>Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments as needed</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to pass a background check</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, SalesPro, Aqua, or LeapDigital (a plus)</li><li>Willingness to relocate if needed</li></ul>

As an Outside Marketing Representative, you will act as a liaison between our potential clients and our company delivering quality service and solutions for all our clients&rsquo; home remodeling projects!

What You Need:<ul><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>A positive, outgoing, and motivated mindset</li><li>An open-mind and ability to learn in a team setting</li><li>A reliable means of transportation</li><li>An ability to work Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm and 9am to 2pm on Saturday (Schedule varies based on office needs)</li><li>An ability to meet the following physical demands:</li><li>stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day</li><li>crawling, climbing, stretching, kneeling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>
