Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles and machinery. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.</li><li>Perform brake repairs and tire services to ensure vehicle safety.</li><li>Maintain and repair heavy machinery, including Backhoes and Excavators.</li><li>Execute soldering tasks as needed for electrical repairs.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.</li><li>Assist in heavy lifting and moving of equipment as required.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.</li><li>Strong skills in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with brake repair, tire service, and air brake systems.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various types of machinery safely.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.</li><li>Certification or training in mechanics is preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute your expertise as we strive for excellence in vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Manassas, VA 20109 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Manassas, VA 20109: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
