Job description:Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with wound care experience or (interest in wound care) to join our healthcare team in the Kansas City area. This isn't your typical SNF role. You'll be at the forefront of our acute intervention program, working with clinical autonomy and physician support to manage complex patients right where they live.
