<ul><li>Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner</li>
<li>Assist customers with parts, service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries</li>
<li>Prepare work orders, invoices, and service documentation accurately</li>
<li>Dispatch service technicians, drivers, or mobile units based on customer needs and job priority</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and shop personnel</li>
<li>Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers as needed</li>
<li>Support counter sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services</li>
<li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment processing as needed</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of service calls, sales tickets, and dispatch activity</li>
<li>Help keep the front office and counter area clean, organized, and professional</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Previous customer service, dispatch, counter sales, or administrative experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management or point of sale systems</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional attitude and dependable work ethic</li>
<li>Knowledge of tires, automotive service, or commercial service operations is a plus</li>
