<ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution</li>
<li>Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet operational demands</li>
<li>Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments</li>
<li>Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of tires, wheels, parts, and related inventory</li>
<li>Develop and implement warehouse processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li>
<li>Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment</li>
<li>Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support customer needs and business objectives</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Previous warehouse management or inventory management experience required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations</li>
<li>Experience supervising and developing employees</li>
<li>Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience in the tire, automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial industry is preferred</li>
<li>Forklift certification or experience preferred</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday</li>
<li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed</li>
