</b></p><p>The Logistics Specialist has responsibility for managing and maintaining inventory of tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. This role is also responsible for the execution of deliveries and supporting project personnel with the fulfillment of tool-related material requisitions, consumables and other support services as may be requested.
</p><p><b>Position Details</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Purchases tools and equipment as requested by manager. Prepares tool orders as requested.
</li><li>Drives and delivers tools and equipment to locations as needed.
</li><li>Ensures tools and equipment are in proper order. Performs general maintenance and repairs as needed.
</li><li>Performs shipping and handling duties to include driving a forklift, loading and unloading trucks and receiving deliveries.
</li><li>Performs general building maintenance, including moving office supplies between buildings, yard work such as leaf blowing, garbage removal, and sweeping, as well as installing or hanging fixtures.
</li><li>Conducts general inventory and stocks shelves as necessary. Informs manager of items that need to be reordered.
</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>2-4 years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean record</li>
<li>Forklift certification required
</li><li>CDL license and first-aid certifications preferred
</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Good customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft Office&mdash;Word and Excel skills</li>

</b></p><div><p>The HR Solutions Business Analyst is a member of the Corporate IT - Business Operations Technology team and partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify business needs and recommend solutions through technology and business process improvements. This role supports HR operations by gathering requirements, improving processes, and assisting with system enhancements that ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant people and pay practices.</p>

<div><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HCM solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or Dayforce.</p>

<p><b>Position Details</b></p>

<ul><li><p>Contribute to change management, HR system enhancements, and the deployment of business solutions that support people and pay processes.</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Contribute to HR technology change management governance by assisting with change request intake, impact assessment, documentation, and coordination of approved changes in accordance with established IT controls and release processes.</p>

</p><p><b>Pay: </b>Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland) this ranges from $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.</p><br>
