 Position Summary
 
 
 
 Responsible for safely and efficiently dropping off/picking up materials from various vendors and construction sites.
 
 
 
 Position Details
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drives delivery trucks to job sites and company destinations. Properly secures and straps down materials for safe delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, stages, transports tools, supplies and equipment by hand or using dolly and/or forklift.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distributes received packages to designated office personnel as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Wash and clean department vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sweeps, cleans, hauls trash and maintains work area in clean and organized fashion.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years relevant experience, flatbed experience is preferable
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Class A Driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and equipment, such as forklift
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects and related tools and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-service orientation
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to and respect for safety rules and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in the warehouse and at the construction site

<div>Position Summary
Typically Associate Principal Engineer or Principal Engineer 

Position Details
<ul>
<li>Provides conceptual design for specific projects
</li><li>Serves as design professional at project team design meetings
</li><li>Prepares complex preliminary redline design layouts for estimating
</li><li>Performs more complex calculations for a project, such as heating/cooling loads, equipment selection and sizing, friction loss calculations, hydraulic calculations, etc.
</li><li>Performs site inspections to determine compliance with construction documents and resolves design issues during construction phase</li>
<li>Supervises less-experienced engineers in performing HVAC, fire protection or other system design and documents production of small and large projects</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or related field
</li><li>PE License required
</li><li>8+ years of experience, including lead experience</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of applicable systems design, such as fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as general understanding of system operations.</li>
<li>Ability to read complex mechanical and plumbing plans
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors
</li><li>Strong public speaking/presentation skills
</li><li>Excellent computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, including as Excel</li>
