This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling fabrication and warehouse logistics in a timely, efficient and safe manner. This role also provides support to the Logistics Manager.</p><br>

<p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Schedules drivers, vehicles, trailers and routes to ensure safe and timely deliveries of tools, fabrication materials and equipment to directed locations.</li>
<li>Maintains a forward-looking schedule that is communicated daily to all drivers and associated field, operations and job team members.</li>
<li>Coordinates schedule for maintenance, repair and upkeep of all logistics delivery vehicles and rented/leased trailers.</li>
<li>Coordinates, issues purchase orders and provides bill of lading for third-party delivery service needs, as determined by excess delivery demand.</li>
<li>Coordinates schedules to ensure assets are current and functional with regards to repairs, maintenance, Big Road, CellControl, Ryder, Penske, etc.</li>
<li>Performs additional assignments as requested.</li></ul><br>

What you&rsquo;ll need to be successful:</b></p><br>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical projects and related tools and equipment a plus</li>
<li>Solid data-entry/computer skills and willingness/ability to learn unfamiliar systems</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively; solid customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to and respect for safety rules and regulations</li></ul><br>
