Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students. The Teacher will play a crucial role in nurturing children's growth and development while promoting literacy, math skills, and overall well-being.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational needs of students.</li><li>Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.</li><li>Provide individualized support and early intervention strategies for students with special needs.</li><li>Foster literacy education through interactive reading and writing activities.</li><li>Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support child welfare.</li><li>Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in daycare or preschool settings.</li><li>Utilize effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.</li><li>Experience working with children in various educational settings, including private schools or daycare.</li><li>Knowledge of special education practices and early childhood development principles.</li><li>Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners.</li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools.</li><li>Ability to teach physical education as part of a well-rounded curriculum.</li><li>Experience with Montessori methods is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Understanding of childhood development stages and appropriate instructional strategies.</li><li>Ability to provide tutoring support in subjects such as math or literacy.
