POSITION SCOPE:<ul><li>
Assists the Project Managers and Engineers in the planning, budgeting and logistics of assigned projects.
</li><li>Assists in the responsibility of upholding project standards and compliance to adhere to Company guidelines and specifications.</li></ul> 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<ul><li>
Records all meeting minutes on behalf of the Project Engineers.</li><li>
Reviews logs for accuracy and completion regarding Architect&rsquo;s Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Request for Information (RFIs), submittals, MBE, hiring, quality control, material delivery, daily briefings, energy and sustainability, etc.
</li><li>Reviews warranty and Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) closeout document information for accuracy.</li><li>
Develops and writes assigned scopes for review.</li><li>
Reviews and processes subcontractor applications for payment and liens.</li><li>
Prepares and issues RFIs (Request for Information) independently.</li><li>
Reviews subcontractor change orders in Procore for validity and completeness.</li><li>
Prepares assigned Budget Analysis line items for Project Manager review.</li><li>
Reviews all submittals and shop drawings as assigned by the Project Manager.</li><li>
Shadows Project Manager during project budget initiation and submission.</li><li>
Prepares for Company internal project kick-off meetings, for Project Manager review.</li><li>
Participates in the project schedule management and updating.</li><li>
Prepares assigned Budget Analysis line items for Project Manager review.</li><li>
Creates and reviews safety observations and inspections. Issues and closes safety observations for PPE, fall hazard and scaffolding.
</li><li>Performs weekly safety inspections.</li><li>
Prepares for pre-installation conference by notating key items from submittals, schedule safety, etc. for others.</li><li>
Creates and completes daily log of quality control observations for weekly inspections.</li><li>
Creates and prepares pre-punch list and architect punch list data for distribution.
</li><li>Adheres to the Company&rsquo;s key values of quality, dependability, and integrity.</li><li>

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>
Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Engineering.</li><li>
1+ year of Project Engineer experience.</li><li>
1+ year of leadership experience.</li><li>
Procore certification.</li><li>
Awareness of building codes, OSHA and applicable local safety regulations and procedures.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively lead a project team for discrete portions of a project.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Project.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent proofreading skills.</li><li>
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Strong time management and analytical skills.</li><li>
Firm understanding of complex mathematical concepts.</li><li>

</li></ul>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:<ul><li>
Annual salary range: $60,000 - $95,000 based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>

Manages assigned subcontractor handoffs though commencement of work.</li><li>
Prepares the owner pay app specifically managing percent billed, inclusion of change orders, etc.</li><li>
Reviews and validates content of Request for Information (RFIs) prepared by subcontractors ahead of issuing.</li><li>
Manages and confirms accuracy and timeliness of subcontractor change order submissions in Procore.</li><li>
Manages Budget Analysis process independently.</li><li>
Reviews and manages entire submittal process timely and successfully.</li><li>
Prepares and submits initial project budget set-up.</li><li>
Prepares form and leads the Company&rsquo;s internal kick-off meetings.</li><li>
Assists Project Manager in updating procurement, submittal, and material activities in the project schedule with assistance from Superintendents.</li><li>
Leads safety observations and inspections. Issues and closes safety observations for all hazards.</li><li>
Leads weekly safety inspections.
</li><li>Leads pre-installation conferences.</li><li>
Manages daily log of quality control observations for weekly inspections.</li><li>
Manages the punch list process, including architectural punch list walks.</li><li>
Serves as a Your Onboarding Ambassador (YOBA) to Project Engineer Level 1.</li><li>
Mentors Level 1 and 2 Project Engineers and other team members as assigned to achieve job duties.</li><li>

Requirements:
