<div></div><div>The Desktop Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining a high-performing, secure, and user-friendly technology environment across the organization. This position is responsible for providing rapid, customer-focused technical assistance while proactively identifying opportunities to reduce IT-related issues and improve overall efficiency. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and exceptional interpersonal communication to ensure seamless technology operations and positive user experiences.</div>

<b>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting Skills</b></div>
<div><ul><li><p><b>Operating Systems Proficiency:</b> Demonstrated ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows (10/11) environments.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Hardware and Peripherals Management:</b> Skill in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing internal and external computer hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, networking gear).</p>
</li><li><p><b>Network Fundamentals:</b> Competency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN access) and understanding basic network protocols.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Application Support:</b> Proven ability to support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), EMR/Clinical software, and other line-of-business applications.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Security &amp; Compliance:</b> Experience implementing and maintaining security best practices on end-user devices, including anti-virus management, patch management, and understanding HIPAA/data privacy protocols.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><b>Customer Service &amp; Communication Skills</b></div>
<div><ul><li><p><b>Clear, Patient Communication:</b> Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical staff.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Ticket Management:</b> Skill in utilizing a<b> </b>ticketing system to accurately log, prioritize, track, and resolve IT support requests.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Problem-Solving:</b> Proven ability to independently analyze complex technical problems, develop effective solutions, and document the resolution for future reference.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Training &amp; Documentation:</b> Ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and conduct one-on-one or small group training for incoming staff members.<br>
</p></li></ul></div><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Associates Degree from an accredited college or technical institution.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years IT experience.</li>
<li>Experience working with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<div><ul><li>CompTIA A+ certification preferred.</li>
<li>Salesforce knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Experience within a medically related organization.</li>

<div>Starting at $22/hr</div>
<div></div><div><b>Hours &amp; Location</b></div>
<div>Full-time, Monday - Friday</div>
<div>Will spend time on a rotational basis working from our sites (Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa) to ensure full team support.</div>
