Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Hardie Siding Installation: Proficiently install James Hardie fiber cement siding according to industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and project requirements.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail in all siding installations to meet or exceed customer expectations.</li>
<li>Timeline Management: Complete projects within specified timelines, coordinating with project managers to ensure efficient workflow.</li>
<li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.</li>
<li>Material Handling: Responsible for proper handling, cutting, and installation of James Hardie siding materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.</li>
<li>Communication: Maintain effective communication with project managers, team members, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in James Hardie fiber cement siding installation.</li>
<li>All crew members must have the necessary licenses and insurance coverage required for independent contracting.</li>
<li>Southwest Exteriors&rsquo; requirements are a minimum of $2 million in coverage for Comprehensive General Liability and $1 million for Workers Compensation, as well as Automobile Liability Insurance.</li>
<li>The certificate holder on the Certificate of Insurance must be shown as</li>

<ul><li>Provide your own tools and equipment, including nail guns (trim &amp; coil), saws, ladders and pump jacks, etc.</li>
<li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and have reliable means of transportation for yourself, your crew, and your tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Consistent track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work.</li>
<li>Prioritize safety on the job site and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.</li>
<li>Compassion, cleanliness, communication, and craftsmanship are key requirements.</li></ul></div>
