This role combines traditional customer service responsibilities with creative digital content creation. You will serve as a key point of contact for both retail and wholesale customers while also helping to build our online presence by creating engaging social media posts and videos that highlight our products and brand.Job Scope:In this role, you&rsquo;ll handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking retail and wholesale orders, processing transactions, and assisting with Gift Shop services. You&rsquo;ll also create and manage content for social media, including photos, videos, and posts that promote our products and events. Working with the team, you&rsquo;ll help maintain a consistent social media calendar, engage with followers, and support overall brand awareness.
