<div>The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and professionally.<br>
</div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1>
<ul><li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.</li>
<li>Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.</li>
<li>Coordinate training and development programs.</li>
<li>Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.</li>
<li>Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and copying.</li>
<li>Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Help organize and maintain office common areas.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h1>
<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative capacity.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR technology and online data entry.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h1>
<ul><li>Ability to sit for extended periods and use office equipment.</li>
<li>Routinely lift and carry loads of 5&ndash;35 pounds.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and general physical endurance required.</li>
<li>Ability to tolerate stressful situations and maintain professionalism.</li>
