JOB SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing strategic, performance-driven digital marketing initiatives across the organization&rsquo;s online platforms. This position manages paid advertising campaigns, digital funnel development, website content, and SEO strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, expanding reach, and improving engagement&mdash;particularly in support of recruitment and brand awareness efforts. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Manage and schedule organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Repurpose long-form video assets into short-form content for social storytelling</li><li>Coordinate with the Marketing Content Coordinator for visual and video production support</li><li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, retargeting, and awareness</li><li>Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation</li><li>Build and maintain digital funnels including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths</li><li>Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations</li><li>Maintain and update website marketing content and resources</li><li>Collaborate with IT and web development teams to enhance user experience and conversion performance</li><li>Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword strategy, blog optimization, and on-page audits</li><li>Align digital efforts with the Recruiting team to target priority audiences</li><li>Support the Product Marketing &amp; Retention Specialist on user journeys, upsell paths, and product communications</li><li>Coordinate with, align, and support international social teams and recruiter influencers to expand digital reach</li><li>Ensure brand alignment across all external-facing channels</li><li>Monitor and report on KPIs related to campaign performance, social engagement, and digital funnel success</li><li>Stay current on digital marketing tools, platform updates, and emerging trends</li><li>Recommend testing opportunities and platform improvements to optimize performance</li><li>Provide marketing and operations support during company-wide events, conferences, and seasonal campaigns</li><li>Participate in team-wide &ldquo;all hands&rdquo; projects during peak periods or high-priority initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Events, Customer Experience) to align on goals and messaging</li><li>Assist with internal marketing requests or shared projects outside of core responsibilities, as needed</li><li>Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li>3 years&rsquo; experience of digital marketing with a focus on paid ads, SEO, or content strategy</li><li>Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, web CMS platforms, and analytics tools</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance data and optimize accordingly</li><li>Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic content editing platforms</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail and critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills</li><li>High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic</li><li>Commitment to service excellence</li><li>Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through</li><li>Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload</li><li>Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency</li><li>Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic</li><li>Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team</li><li>Maintain confidentiality discretion</li><li>Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives</li><li>Willing to grow and be challenged</li><li>Attend training as requested</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
