Oversees the enterprise-wide support of People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) technologies by leading two key functions within the P&amp;C Technology umbrella: P&amp;C Technology Build (team of P&amp;C Technology Analysts who are responsible for implementing and enhancing P&amp;C tools and technologies within P&amp;C ecosystem) and P&amp;C Technology Run (P&amp;C Technology Specialists who handle the support and configuration of the P&amp;C ecosystem as well as People Operations Coordinators, led by the Supervisor, P&amp;C Technology and People Operations, who manage enterprise-wide preboarding). Owns the execution of the P&amp;C Technology Roadmap, ensuring the high-quality execution of a comprehensive P&amp;C Technology strategy. Advises leadership on HRIS system capabilities, best practices, and optimizations to meet business needs and enhance workforce management efficiency.</li><li>
Assists P&amp;C Technology leader in developing strategic plans for P&amp;C Technology implementation, upgrades, and process improvements to align with overall business objectives.</li><li>
Coordinates processes and assignments across the P&amp;C Technology team to ensure the effective delivery of P&amp;C technology solutions and services.</li><li>
Defines project terms and manages timelines for system upgrades, implementations, and data migration activities.</li><li>
Directs work flow for the P&amp;C Technology team to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of technical issues or team member inquiries.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, organizational policies, and best practices related to P&amp;C data management and reporting.</li><li>
Establishes data governance standards and ensures accurate and efficient data entry, reporting, and retrieval across all P&amp;C Technology platforms.</li><li>

The eCommerce Intern will support the eCommerce team by enhancing online product listings, analyzing sales data, and assisting with overall marketing initiatives. This role is designed to provide exposure to digital merchandising, marketing strategy, and data analysis within a collaborative environment. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to help drive online performance and customer engagement.</p></div><div><p>
