Job Summary</b></h2></div><div><p>
Supports and administers People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) generalist initiatives at a business unit that align with organizational goals and values. Supports P&amp;C planning, policy development, talent management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Partners with leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive performance, growth, and compliance across all P&amp;C functions.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Supports front-line leadership with the management of team member relations cases, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.</li><li>
Administers HRIS and other People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C)-related systems to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, and effective reporting.</li><li>
Supports initiatives to determine hiring needs, workforce planning, and succession planning strategies while ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives by partnering with stakeholders.</li><li>
Assesses P&amp;C processes and programs to identify areas for improvement and recommends strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in line with business goals.</li><li>
Provides support and intake for all P&amp;C-related initiatives and issues for the specific business unit level.</li><li>
Informs front-line leadership on best practices in people management, compliance, and team member engagement strategies, and fostering professional growth.</li><li>
Implements and supports business unit engagement strategies, utilizing data to generate action plans that drive a positive workplace culture.</li><li>
Adheres to P&amp;C policies and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and advising management on best practices.</li><li>
Advises individuals to ensure all P&amp;C activities and initiatives are aligned with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives, while also supporting individual career development.</li><li>
Supports onboarding and training initiatives at the business unit level.</li><li>

Job Description</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for tracking all inventory in the facility to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained for products, equipment, and supplies as needed. In this role, the Inventory Specialist will investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, while spearheading the development of innovative inventory control protocols to enhance efficiency and decrease expenses.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Assists with management of inventory placement and accuracy both internally within the warehouse and technically in the system.</li><li>
Perform Daily Cycle Counts.</li><li>
Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies.</li><li>
Assists with management of inventory reporting, replacements, movements, reprofiling, replenishments, etc.</li><li>
Develops and maintains good working relationships with coworkers and direct team.</li><li>
Assists to maintain system accuracy in SAP and any other related system in which is applicable.</li><li>
Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical and system inventory audits which includes cycle counting.</li><li>
Operates forklift truck; including high reach, cherry picker, and stand up.</li><li>
Works with other members of inventory team and warehouse to develop and maintain best practices with inventory control.</li><li>

Employee is required to properly wear all required PPE as noted in PPE assessments and JSA&rsquo;s.</p><p>
Employee is required to perform pre-operation safety inspections (hoist, forklifts, etc.).</p><p>
Responsible for review and sign off of all JSA&rsquo;s every 6 months.</p><p>

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2><p>
1. Must work as a team member to improve safety, efficiency and quality.</p><p>
2. Responsible for inspecting all shipping and receiving of products.</p><p>
3. Responsible for loading and unloading trucks; including insulated and bare scrap.</p><p>
4. Responsible for using yard dog to move trailers on/off dock doors</p><p>
5. Responsible for shuttling trailers between MC/BW/and 12 for Life buildings.</p><p>
6. Responsible for pick-up, inspection and placement of finished products to be shipped.</p><p>
7. Check and maintain quality critical aspects of duties as defined by standard operating procedures.</p><p>
8. Report all mechanical, electrical and quality problems to the shift supervisor.</p><p>
9. Responsible for housekeeping and organization of work area including cleaning and placement of equipment or tools.</p><p>
10. Perform duties that may be deemed necessary by the supervision or management.</p></div></div></div><p>
