The Work You&rsquo;ll Do:

At Sovos, we&rsquo;re transforming how companies around the world manage tax compliance&mdash;helping half of the Fortune 500 and thousands more stay ahead in a complex, ever-changing global landscape. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in managing and optimizing global liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk across our US, EMEA, and LATAM regions.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that supports strategic financial decisions, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives meaningful treasury system enhancements&mdash;including TMS implementation.

More specifically, you will:

Cash &amp; Liquidity Management
<ul><li> Monitor and manage daily global cash positions across US, EMEA, and LATAM entities</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and maintain short- and long-term multi-currency cash flow forecasts</li></ul>
<ul><li> Optimize global cash utilization, including intercompany funding and cash pooling structures</li></ul>

Banking &amp; Relationships
<ul><li> Manage relationships with global and regional banking partners across assigned regions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Oversee global bank account structure, including account openings/closures and rationalization</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform bank fee analysis and support negotiation of regional and global banking agreements</li></ul>

Debt &amp; Capital Structure
<ul><li> Assist in managing debt portfolios, including covenant compliance and reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support financing activities across regions, including credit facilities and intercompany funding</li></ul>

Risk Management
<ul><li> Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and liquidity risks</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support execution and monitoring of global hedging strategies and exposure reporting</li></ul>

Treasury Operations &amp; Compliance
<ul><li> Oversee global payment processes, wire transfers, and cross-border cash movements</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage and support FBAR (Foreign Bank Account Report) compliance, including global account tracking and coordination with tax/legal teams</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain accurate documentation of global bank accounts, signatories, and KYC requirements</li></ul>

Systems &amp; Projects
<ul><li> Lead or support Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and maintenance across global operations, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, UAT, and rollout</li></ul>
<ul><li> Drive standardization and automation of treasury processes across regions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Partner with IT and Finance teams on ERP integrations and global treasury transformation initiatives</li></ul>

Reporting &amp; Analysis
<ul><li> Prepare global treasury reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management</li></ul>
<ul><li> Analyze variances in cash flow forecasts across regions and provide actionable insights</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support month-end and year-end close activities related to treasury</li></ul>

What We Need From You
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li></ul>
<ul><li> Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)</li></ul>
<ul><li> 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, preferably in a multinational environment</li></ul>

Ability to speak Spanish
<ul><li> Strong understanding of global cash management, multi-currency forecasting, and financial instruments</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with TMS implementation or administration (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury) preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li> Familiarity with FBAR reporting requirements and global banking structures</li></ul>
<ul><li> Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li> Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
<ul><li> High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in a global, multi-entity environment</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones and regions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional, international projects</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong understanding of internal controls and global risk management principles</li></ul>
<ul><li> Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire</li></ul>
