The Work You'll Do:

The Senior Partner Account Manager is responsible for sustaining productive business relationships with strategic partners who either resell the Sovos Compliance software or provide referrals that deliver incremental new business. This will be accomplished by developing and executing a comprehensive partner-driven sales and go-to-market plan.

The Work You'll Do:

What We Need From You
<ul>
<li>2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience; business to business sales experience preferred</li>
<li>Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota for at least two years</li>
<li>Fluency in English is mandatory</li>
<li>Experience with SaaS solutions/SaaS environments preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of growing and retaining a book of business and exceeding quota targets</li>
<li>Ability to present a value-based, consultative agreement by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a long-term relationship</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally during difficult conversations</li>
<li>Experience working with procurement, legal, and renewal negotiations</li>
<li>Self-motivated team player with a drive to exceed targets and displays personal and corporate integrity</li>
<li>Moderate travel potentially required for client meetings, trade shows, Sovos events, and special projects</li>
