Job Summary Sowears is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media &amp; Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will assist in social media management, influencer collaborations, event coordination, store branding, and marketing operations. Role Description:This role is ideal for someone passionate about western fashion, trend research, design development, and creating commercially viable collections while working closely with production and merchandising teams.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to develop unique and marketable designs aligned with Sowears&rsquo; brand identity.</li><li>Create design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections that balance style, modesty, and functionality.</li><li>Develop technical sketches and specifications for production (tech packs, garment detailing, trims).</li><li>Work closely with the production and merchandising teams to ensure timely execution of collections.</li><li>Select and source appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims.</li><li>Oversee sample development and provide feedback on fitting, quality, and finishing.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align product designs with seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Keep updated with competitor offerings and consumer preferences to maintain brand competitiveness.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of prior experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in women&rsquo;s wear (modest or Western fashion is a plus).</li><li>Strong sense of color, fabric, and silhouette selection.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).</li><li>Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and textile processes.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Location: Head Office: S.I.T.E Area, KarachiSubmit your Resume along with Portfolio at leadsowearsdesigner@hotmail.com,with Subject Line: Fashion DesignerApplications without a portfolio will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
