Your Role: Inbound Security Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you&rsquo;ll be the voice of trusted security solutions, helping existing customers protect what matters most. This is 100% inbound&mdash;no cold calling.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

<li>Answer inbound calls from existing customer</li>
<li>Identify needs and recommend smart solutions</li>
<li>Handle objections like a pro and close the deal</li>
<li>Upsell and maximize revenue while building strong relationships</li>
</ul>
What Makes You a Great Fit

<li>Sales-driven mindset &ndash; Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred</li>
<li>Call center experience &ndash; Bonus if you&rsquo;ve worked in a fast-paced environment</li>

Technical Requirements:

This is a bring-your-own-device role. Your computer system needs to meet the following:
<ul>
<li>Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).</li>
<li>Hardware: Minimum 16 GB RAM and Intel I5 processor (10th gen or higher)</li>
<li>Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.</li>
<li>Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.</li>
<li>Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.</li>
</ul>
 Important: Dual monitors are required for this role to efficiently manage multiple applications simultaneously.
