Position Summary
SpaDerma is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NP) and/or Physician Assistants (PA) to deliver cosmetic injection services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and Kybella. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of one year of injection experience who have a passion for aesthetics and building long-term patient relationships. While we provide ongoing advanced training, candidates must bring existing injectable expertise.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop customized treatment plans.</li><li>
Safely and skillfully administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and Kybella.</li><li>
Attend ongoing training and assist in aesthetic procedures beyond injectables.</li><li>
Provide detailed pre- and post-care instructions to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records and before-and-after photos.</li><li>
Complete and lock medical charting every shift.</li><li>
Actively contribute to practice growth through social media and marketing efforts.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings and complete assigned social media responsibilities.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance practice operations.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Valid Illinois medical license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of cosmetic injection experience (required).</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Empathetic, patient-focused, and highly collaborative.</li><li>
Expertise in skincare treatments and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.</li><li>
Active social media accounts preferred.</li><li>
Weekend and evening availability.</li></ul>

This position is responsible for providing patients with thorough consultations while offering the utmost care and incredible patient experience. Treatments offered consist of; Laser Hair Removal, BBL, Clear + Brilliant, Moxi, Halo, Laser Genesis, Vivace RF, Microneedling, PRF, Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Chemical Peels, DiamondGlow and more. Advanced training is provided by device and product national educators as well as SpaDerma&rsquo;s clinical trainers. Training is ongoing as SpaDerma places a high value and priority on maintaining the most elite, experienced and professional team of Aestheticians.
Duties / Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Medical charting on procedures daily</li><li>
Adhere to strict state procedural regulations</li><li>
Ability to meet sales goals</li><li>
Provide proper follow up with patients</li><li>
Manage Instagram social media account (SpaDerma handle required)</li><li>
Attend monthly team meetings and trainings</li><li>
Follow all company policies and protocols</li><li>
Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment</li><li>
Attend events and seminars to assist in brand awareness</li></ul>

Active Illinois State issued Esthetic License</li><li>
Laser certifications preferred but not required</li></ul>
