You enjoy educating clients, recommending home care with integrity, and helping guests stay consistent with their results.You&rsquo;re also team-minded, dependable, and willing to support the front desk and overall flow of the spa. This role has growth potential for someone who leads by example, supports the team well, and values long-term client relationships.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-quality facial services and excellent guest care</li><li>Build strong client relationships that encourage rebooking and referrals</li><li>Recommend services and home care in a supportive, educational way</li><li>Support memberships, packages, and retail recommendations</li><li>Communicate clearly with the front desk and team</li><li>Maintain sanitation, room readiness, and treatment standards</li><li>Document services thoroughly and professionally</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active NC Esthetician License required</li><li>Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain</li><li>Strong communication and consultation skills</li><li>Confidence recommending retail and asking for the rebook</li><li>Dependable availability for 2&ndash;3 set days per week</li><li>At least every other Saturday required</li><li>Lash lifts and makeup applications are a plus</li><li>Waxing is a plus</li></ul>ScheduleThis is a scheduled part-time position, not on-call.
