We&rsquo;re Hiring &ndash; Quantity Surveyor (Joinery &amp; Interior Design Division)Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out projects? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the UAE!Position: Quantity SurveyorIndustry: Joinery &amp; Interior DesignLocation: UAEExperience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)Salary: As per the ExperienceKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for joinery and interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Evaluate and analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure all project cost-related matters are well-managed.</li><li>Manage material take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Prepare progress valuations, variations, and final accounts.</li><li>Monitor budget vs. actual cost performance and identify areas for cost optimization.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery, Fit-Out, or Interior Design projects (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and production processes.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management tools.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a dynamic, design-driven team delivering high-quality joinery and interior projects.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across the UAE.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits based on experience and skillset.</li></ul>If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about precision, design, and quality &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
