Job Title: OPT Recruiter H1B / H1B TransferExperience: 2 &ndash; 3 YearsOpenings: 2 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic OPT Recruiter (OPT, H1B Hiring Specialist) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment, with a strong focus on OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and bench onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and senior consultants.</li><li>Source qualified OPT, H1B candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and university/training networks.</li><li>Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline including H1B, GC, and US Citizen candidates.</li><li>Onboard bench consultants, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Partner with referral networks and agencies to attract potential H1B transfer candidates.</li><li>Educate candidates about visa processes, immigration guidelines, and career pathways.</li><li>Conduct resume screening, interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.</li><li>Collaborate with management to align sourcing strategies with business needs.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations.</li><li>Provide ongoing engagement and relationship management for bench consultants.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2 &ndash; 3 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment, with strong exposure to OPT, H1B and H1B Transfer hiring.</li><li>Sound understanding of US immigration processes and work authorizations.</li><li>Proficient in US job portals &ndash; Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).</li><li>Experience in bench sales onboarding is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a growing organization expanding its US operations.</li><li>Dynamic work environment with performance-driven growth.</li><li>Exposure to diverse hiring across multiple domains and technologies.</li></ul>Interested candidates can share their resumes at: &quot;PREMKUMAR@SYMBASTECH.COM&quot;Venue Details:Symbastech CorpKailashnath Prime, 301 Near Hotel Jubliee Ridge, beside Tilak's Kitchen, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500018.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
