<div>Spada Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized bilingual Legal Assistant to join our rapidly growing team! The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with Attorneys and Case Managers to assist clients and ensure we&rsquo;re operating efficiently. Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly</li>
<li>Perform legal research, as needed, with help from attorneys and paralegals</li>
</ul><ul><li>Request medical records from various hospitals and healthcare facilities, and follow up with these requests to ensure the timely delivery of records to our case managers, while keeping track of all requests made.</li><li>
Ensure that all invoices for medical records and bills are paid, and expenses are properly logged and attributed to client ledgers.</li><li>
Assist attorneys and case managers as needed on each case, including client communication, creating and editing case support documents, obtaining case-related details, and interviewing witnesses.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products</li>
<li>1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant
</li><li>Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate&rsquo;s degree is a plus</li>
</ul><ul><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish).</li></ul>

Legal Assistant

<div>We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager with in-depth knowledge of the auto insurance industry. Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal and be skilled in drafting documents and managing personal injury case files. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our case managers play an essential role in ensuring that clients&rsquo; goals are met. Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside vendors to manage the law firm&rsquo;s case load, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met</li>
<li>Manage, update, and organize all case files and information with regard to engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with firm policies</li>
<li>Communicate case status with clients and outside counsel as requested</li>
<li>Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements</li>
<li>Conduct legal research to obtain documentation regarding health insurance, social security, medical records, and medical providers</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once</li>
<li>Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software</li>
<li>High school diploma is required - 2-year degree and Paralegal certification are acceptable, but a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Possesses exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral</li>
</ul><ul><li>Previous experience in case management is required - preferably as a personal injury case manager at a personal injury law firm or an insurance adjuster who has handled personal injury claims.</li></ul>
