Ideas become reality in our on-site fabrication shop, allowing employees to see every step of our product development from design through shipping.Recently honored as a &ldquo;Best Places to Work in Manufacturing&rdquo; by our employees, we are seeking a positive and driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will develop and implement the company's social media strategy to enhance its online presence, engage with audiences, and achieve marketing and business goals.Primary Job Functions<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage the company&rsquo;s social media strategy to align with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and graphics.</li><li>Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.</li><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.</li><li>Ensure that social media messaging and content align with the brand voice and values.</li><li>Develop, execute, and measure all online and email campaigns.</li><li>Responsible for digital content marketing efforts and serve as the subject matter expert concerning best practices for e-mail campaign execution.</li><li>Follow the lead conversion process from website forms, adding quote values in CRM.</li><li>Maintain company CRM system / create automation emails.</li><li>Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promote key initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce video campaigns aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Create motion graphics and basic animations to enhance video content.</li><li>Support occasional photography and graphic design projects.</li></ul>Required Traits and Skills<ul><li>Robust knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Keen understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.</li><li>Photography and videography experience is preferred.</li><li>Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.</li><li>Working knowledge of data bases and segmentation concepts.</li><li>Social media savvy with strong interest in web technology and digital marketing.</li><li>Familiar with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Loomly, WordPress platforms, and Shopify e-commerce.</li><li>Understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills.</li><li>Creative thinking and passion for digital marketing.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.</li><li>Up to 10% travel.</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field</li><li>2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience</li></ul>Hybrid work is available after 6 months of employment with manager approval.Job Type: Full-timePay: $33.50 - $38.50 per hourExpected hours: 37.50 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
