Compensation</b></h2>
<p>
$45,000 &ndash; $70,000 annually (DOE)<br>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Subaru store goals.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid search campaigns to generate leads.</li>
<li>Oversee Facebook and Instagram advertising, ensuring campaigns are targeted and effective.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve website performance with a focus on SEO, user experience, and conversion optimization.</li>
<li>Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure ROI, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Support customer retention through CRM-driven email campaigns and remarketing programs.</li>
<li>Enhance the business&rsquo;s online reputation through proactive review management and community engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and service managers to ensure marketing efforts directly support monthly and annual objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party vendors to stay on budget and on strategy.</li>
<li>Photograph and merchandise inventory (new and used vehicles) to maintain a consistent, professional online presence.</li>
<li>Organize community events that help promote current programs, in accordance with Subaru&rsquo;s Love Promise - &ldquo;Share the Love,&rdquo; &ldquo;Loves the Earth,&rdquo; &ldquo;Loves Learning,&rdquo; &ldquo;Loves to Help,&rdquo; &ldquo;Loves to Care,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Loves Pets&rdquo;.</li>
<li>Submit approval requests for co-op reimbursement.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).</li>
<li>3&ndash;7 years of marketing experience, ideally in automotive or retail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics/reporting tools.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.</li>
<li>Hands-on skills in photography and photo editing for online merchandising.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.</li>
