About the Role</b></div><div>
This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you will shape growth strategy, influence national partnerships, and develop innovative, tech-enabled retail solutions. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with high-performing teams and lead initiatives that directly accelerate SPAR&rsquo;s market expansion.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and execute a structured outbound strategy targeting CPG, retail, and high-growth verticals nationwide.</li><li>
Build high-quality prospect lists using industry intelligence, networks, events, and advanced prospecting technology.</li><li>
Drive consistent outreach rhythms (calls, sequences, LinkedIn, events, and executive networking).</li><li>
Own U.S. new business revenue targets, ensuring quality and velocity of pipeline generation.</li><li>
Lead discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal development, and negotiations.</li><li>
Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Marketing to validate the feasibility and accuracy of proposals.</li><li>
Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with mastery in deck structure, formatting, layout, and visual storytelling.</li><li>
Align outbound campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation activities with Marketing.</li><li>
Contribute thought leadership to SPAR&rsquo;s long-term U.S. growth strategy.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (equivalent experience may be considered).</li><li>
10+ years of B2B sales leadership in CPG, retail services, merchandising, 3PL, or outsourced field operations.</li><li>
Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design expertise (advanced proficiency required).</li><li>
Strong communication, writing, and public-speaking skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).</li><li>
Proven ability to lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Hunter mentality with strong command of prospecting tools, online research platforms, and sales enablement technology.</li><li>
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated success building outbound sales functions and closing enterprise-level accounts.</li><li>
Experience leading RFP responses and developing executive-quality proposals.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
