SPARC Physical Therapy

We are an outpatient Physical Therapy practice located in the South Bay looking for someone that would be a great addition to our clinic! We are currently looking for a highly motivated, compassionate individual interested in becoming a physical therapy aide/front desk receptionist. The position will entail of both front office and aide duties, including these key responsibilities:<ul><li>Great patient communication and professional etiquette</li><li>Be a team player</li><li>Supervision of exercises with patients directed by a licensed physical therapist</li><li>Appointment scheduling</li></ul><ul><li>Patient check-in/check-out</li><li>Answering phone calls and taking messages</li><li>May assist with insurance benefits and eligibility</li><li>Payment collections</li><li>Printing, faxing, and scanning documents</li><li>Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of treatment rooms, gym</li></ul>Job qualifications:<ul><li>Phenomenal customer service skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred</li><li>Self-motivated and possessing strong work ethic</li><li>Proficient with computer skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Prior physical therapy aide experience a plus, but not mandatory</li></ul>Please send your resume and cover letter in response to this posting.
