 As an Executive Operations you will be to supporting the team in financial operations tasks and you will play a critical role in the analysis, booking and execution of client approved projects &amp; media campaigns across various media channels.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create booking order as per the approved media plan campaigns / approved projects by practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the end-to-end process on creating new Vendor &amp; Client in Navision
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with Vendors to share the invoices on timely manner and vouch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Vouching of bookings is done by a 3 way check on time which includes reconciling of monthly spends vs media plans vs final reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Collating proof of performance, reports and screenshots for live campaigns for booked platforms are in place for processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing the vendor invoicing and client billing is done on a timely manner to ensure smooth collection and timely payments to suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing end-to-end process in uploading invoices in the system or document sharing portal.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in media agency operations is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Good financial experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to details

 <li>
 Ability to prioritize workloads and can handle multiple tasks

 Assist in the development and implementation of media plans for clients, including analyzing the market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting media channels.
 </li>

 Is aware and understands the importance of set key performance indicators and is an active member in achieving them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other members of the planning team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches.
 </li>

 Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to understand the client's brief and plan media channels based on the client's objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and managing MRF sheets, cooperating closely with the creative agency for timely receipt of material and go-live dates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trafficking digital campaigns, connecting with TAAG team, and ensuring proper implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up with media and creative agencies for proper implementation of campaigns and preparing implementation reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing campaign launches, including client expectation management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely and accurate booking by administration team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing client status reports in the format required by the client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing reports and optimization recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervision of invoicing process.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in media planning (Offline &amp; Online) or a related role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Certifications on digital platforms is a plus.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with MS Office 365 software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc..).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge on various industry digital planning tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with digital media and emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a commercial mindset, able to understand the importance of driving ROI for both business partners and agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with various media planning and buying tools and platforms such as Z/X Plan, Statex, Global web Index(GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), Similar Web, etc.
