 We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
 
 Fleet Coordinator
 
 to manage our company&rsquo;s vehicle operations. The role involves coordinating fleet activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting daily operational requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
 
 
 
 
 Work Schedule: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
 
 
 
 
 Salary: 3,000 to 3,200 AED
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &middot; Monitor, schedule, and coordinate fleet usage and availability.
 
 
 &middot; Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, licensed, and insured.
 
 
 &middot; Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle-related expenses.
 
 
 &middot; Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth daily deployment.
 
 
 &middot; Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare related reports.
 
 
 &middot; Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE transport regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Logistics/Operations (preferred).
 
 
 &middot; 2&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in fleet management or coordination.
 
 
 &middot; Strong organizational and communication skills.
 
 
 &middot; Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
 
 
 &middot; Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and licensing procedures is an advantage.
